Before the recent volatility it was already ridiculous calling in, now It's a nightmare.
I know it's easier to talk about opening another account than it is in reality. But after the initial b/s to get the account funded and trading, I think it will allow people better control of their funds.
A broker is supposed to be there to facilitate your trades, NOT to block them, or make them more difficult, or ask you the SAME TIME CONSUMING PERSONAL QUESTIONS EVERY TIME YOU CALL!
There is a thing called "voice recognition" that would eliminate 95% of the identification questions, because your voice is used for the ID. Credit card companies use it. What the hell etrade? Get on the ball or stop the call in nonsense!
