My question is when will they post the basket trial on clinicaltrials.org. It will be very real in my mind when the trial is listed there. Same for after the Covid trial gets approved, I want it on clinicaltrials.org to make it real in my mind.
It was a rookie mistake to announce patient #1 without carbo, the trial is very clear about it being a combo.
Phase Ib is a dose escalation in combination with a fixed dose of carboplatin at AUC 5.
Phase II is a single arm study ... combination of carboplatin AUC 5
