This what I think happened here ...
Just think , oncologist said , my patient is doing so well , I believe because of Leronlimab , no reason to continue carboplatin , my patient don;t need that anymore , so they were happy for a patients , being that chemo is very toxic , and they stopped..
Now FDA come and say , your protocol require carboplatin with Leronlimab
What patient need is secondary .. papers are important ...
..
So poor patient want to save her life and started carboplatin again..
If you think about it who you can blame for it ...
Our bureaucracy , but for now we need to work with it , patient understood and started again carboplatin ,
and all of us should try to change all those rules with time..but now we need to do what we need to do..
Patients is happy ...she is still a life...
IMO.
