The statement further goes on to state 80% of people can leave quarantine. That is a very odd statement because you contract the virus and become sick you will know when you are better, typically around 10 days. Also, PCR's give many false readings and may not actually detect any virus.
The idea of selling to consumers is novel, as most companies are developing testing kits for commercial use. They better get a product to market soon.
