Calm down, Mate. No need to get your knickers twisted. Of course, 2 Roche execs were attending, one was a presenter. Over 30 Pharmaceutical's had employees attending as well as as many as 50 IC's, or what you call "consultants". The conference wasn't for CV-19. You say you know authentic, I can smell a pretender, but that it was IR is all about in these penny companies. Fake It Till You Make It.
