I did tell you all that SCAPES would likely give an update
around this time if nothing had happened because his
TIMELINE back in JAN 2020 was for PHIL to have
released BIG NEWS by MID MARCH.
Therefore IMO the biggest reason
we have not gotten that BIG NEWS yet is because of
how dramatically the VIRUS spreading around world
has changed since JAN 2020 causing many businesses
to shut down and many activities cancelled.
Its just common sense PHIL should wait until business
conditions improve before PHIL releases any significant
NEWS.... I'm hoping by MID APRIL the world will have
a better handle on this VIRUS situation.
