Just my thoughts on getting tween 2-3....IMO we were there cause of ALL that was supposed to happen in 19....then retired almost a third of stocks in treasury...then the I do believe 2 firms that supposedly sold restrictive shares that flooded market...short sellers bahers drove down more....on OTC SUMS IT UP THE BEST
