I called my German online bank/broker earlier today and asked them about the 1:4 dividend. They explicitely checked for me while I am on the phone with them and assured me that they do not have an related official information. When I asked them to investigate about it for me, they referred me to GNBT or its trading agent and asked me to find it out myself ("great" service that they provide to their customers, isn't it!?).
So I sent them the following email just now (everybody welcome to use it, if needed, just exchange the numbers (that I XXXed out) and dates accordingly):
Dear ladies and gents,
I am a longterm shareholder of GNBT from Germany. As that I was a beneficiary of several share dividends that GNBT has given out in recent years.
I have received the extra GNBT shares in both related dividends (the 20:1 and the 2:5), however, so far the dividends involving shares of GNBT's subsidiary Antigen Express/NGIO were missing. In this regard, I contacted GNBT's investor relations manager, Todd Falls, in March of 2019 and again recently, and he suggested to be patient and wait for the IPO of NGIO to happen and in due time before this spin-out, I can be rest assured that these shares will be paid out to me, even here in Germany.
During this past week (effective date March, 11th); I now have received the Antigen Express shares from the most recent 2:5 dividend (pay date, February 24th 2020). What I am still missing are the Antigen Express/NGIO shares from the 1:4 dividend with a pay date of February, 25th 2019.
So I first contacted my German online broker (Deutsche Kredit Bank (DKB)), only to receive the information that they never received any notice about the 1:4 dividend. They referred me to you, as the trading agent for GNBT, to request that you'd officially send the appropriate information and related number of shares such that they can re-distribute them into my brokerage account.
On the related record date for the 1:4 NGIO dividend, a little over a year ago, I held XX,XXX GNBT shares and thus I am elgible to receive XX,XXX shares of Antigen Express/NGIO. May I ask you to take whatever necessary action such that I can get those dividend shares that I am eligible for?
