I'm not sure if you understood my point as your metaphor did not make any sense to me in relation to what I posted. To clarify, my point is that this board can serve as a bi-directional communication channel. No, not asking for any secret plans to anything, that would be ridiculous. Its 2020, these message boards are even more relevant to new startup companies than ever who are struggling to get their name out and build up their reputation as legit. So they should treat these boards as more than just a "channel" to pump out marketing good news. They should equally look to these boards for "voice of customer" and public sentiment. Its can be a symbiotic relationship without direct conversations.
