But when you got this info from the Company did they mention concerns about liability?
Oh I am sure the company is too dumb to think of those things. I don't think the trained monkey posters talk about could grasp that concept either. The company will need to hire THE consultant to navigate these waters.
P.S. when you operate under a post-February 27, 2020 Emergency clearance you cannot sell the product directly to patients/users. You have to sell/deliver the product to an organization that employs experts, like a big box pharmacy -- the same level of expertise that provides the flu shot. But THE consultant knows these things much better than I.
