Someone mentioned that Joe has 3M shares of NGIO. Actually it looks like 200K. From the Form 10
“ *2,793,975 shares of which are owned by Friends of Generex Biotech Investment Trust, of which Joe Moscato is trustee.”
Possibly for future executive compensation, possibly for acquisition. Maybe sort of an escrow in case they have to give shares based on the div dispute. I’m ok with this.
