Scammers continue to try to walk the ask down in an attempt to get a bid fill - nobody being duped because the long-term traders of $EVSV hold the cheapest shares and will be keeping them for $1 > $2 eventually.
1,217 bought of ask walked down to .2300.
They then tried .2200 and .2100 and .2000.
Still only the same total number of shares offered under .4500 and .7000
