Just to be clear, the CEO said the software changes would take 45 days. (I was “surprised” that software changes would take that long) Assuming the changes were made in 45 days, there would necessarily be more time required - by the customer- for acceptance testing and possible adoption procedures. Then the attorneys get to work to hammer out a deal. That all takes time. It would be nice to hear that the changes were made in the 45 day window AND tested AND get a date for implementation & the start of billable revenue - but, I’m not expecting to hear anything that specific. That doesn’t make Berman a liar. That is just how business works!
