msowid, i appreciate your optimism. I know you believe, and it may be, that Joe and team have pulled off a great feat in a week and a half. I see it as he has a team of full time management that does this. That is what they do. The Form 10 should, and may have, been being compiled for a year now. The form doesn't change. It is like the S1, they just put in the numbers along the way. This is what that team is supposed to be working on 40 hours + per week. I don't see this as achievements, I see it as their job. As Trump always says, and Joe loves and acts like Trump, they hire only the best. Well the best know what is coming and what is needed. I feel Trump and Joe may have hired some friends/acquaintances in positions that may not necessarily be the best. The best have done these positions before, know what is needed and coming up so they prepare for it.

Sorry, just ranting. The 10Q had better show revenues starting to come in, and ramping up. I don't want to hear they are up 400% this quarter because that does not mean much. A 400% increase from $10K is $50K, still not enough to operate on. Let's see $5-10M revenue.
