$BOSQF,...This is One of the Top Ways to Avoid the Coronavirus
Fri March 13, 2020

Houston, Texas--(Newsfile Corp. - March 13, 2020) - Fear over the global coronavirus just caused a big run on hand sanitizers.

So much so, hand sanitizer sales are up 300% in a week, with major retailers like Target and Kroger setting limits on how much a shopper can buy, says Today. All as experts are unanimous in their recommendation that sanitizing your hands is one of the best ways to avoid infection.

In fact, governments and health agencies around the world are advising that you wash their hands and use hand sanitizer to curb the virus's spread.

In addition, research from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, as reported by Medical News Today says, "The researchers argue that if more people were to wash their hands frequently and correctly, it would significantly slow down the rate at which diseases are likely to spread."

"Specifically, if 60% rather than 20% of air travelers maintained clean hands, it could slow down the spread of infections by almost 70%, according to the researchers."

And, according to the World Health Organization, "Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty."

That has only increased the demand for hand sanitizers.

"We are seeing a substantial increase in demand," GOJO Industries, the makers of Purell said, as quoted by WUSA9. "We have experienced several demand surges in the past during other outbreaks, and this is on the higher end of the spectrum."

One of the Potential Beneficiaries of Increased Demand is Yield Growth Corporation.

The company just announced that it is initiating stability testing and commercialization for a new product, an all-natural hand sanitizer that uses natural ingredients to fight against germs and bacteria. The Yield Growth (BOSQF) sanitizer contains a blend of distilled water, witch hazel (a mushroom), food-grade ethanol alcohol and three essential oils: lavender, blood orange and peppermint. Witch hazel, by the way, contains flavonoids, which contribute to its soothing, anti-inflammatory properties. It also has natural antimicrobial properties.

"Our established manufacturing and distribution channels will allow us to bring our hand sanitizer to market quickly," says Yield Growth CEO Penny White. "Yield Growth is focused on creating plant-based, natural wellness products which are seeing surging interest worldwide. This product is yet another of our innovations designed to promote health and wellness with a focus on natural ingredients."

Better, researchers form Griffith University, says The New Daily, have said it's well documented that mushrooms have the "ability to activate cell immunity in humans. They do this through their possession of beta-glucans, which humans don't have. So, when human cells come into contact with this foreign body, the immune system starts to fire up and respond."

Yield Growth Coffees are Also Immune-Boosting

Outside of hand sanitizers, Yield Growth is also developing Ayurvedic mushroom coffees and Ayurvedic mushroom botanical shots for smoothies.

Its Ayurvedic coffees and botanical shots are planned for launch in early summer of 2020 and contain immune-boosting medicinal mushrooms: reishi, chaga, lion's mane and turkey tail. "These formulations provide powerful brain and immune-boosting benefits thanks to their powerful antioxidant and nutrient-rich formulas," said Penny White, CEO of The Yield Growth Corp. "Along with their powerful health profile, these products are made with fair-trade, organic ingredients."

Chaga mushrooms have been used for centuries in Siberia and Asia as medicine to reduce inflammation, boost immunity and improve overall health. Chaga also has the ability to lower high blood sugar and combat abnormal and mutagenic cell growth.

Turkey Tail also contains a community of powerful antioxidants and other compounds that may help boost your immune system and may even fight certain cancers. Some scientific studies have also shown that Turkey Tail may also improve gut bacteria balance.

Reishi is one of the most popular medicinal mushrooms and is known to be used to assist in weight loss, boost immunity and fight certain cancer cells. What makes it unique though are its calming properties thanks to a compound called triterpene that it contains. This can help to promote healing, sharpen focus, alleviate anxiety, ease depression, and encourage better sleep.

Lion's Mane is also packed with antioxidants and also strengthens the immune system, but it also has other unique benefits that foster mental clarity and brain health. For example, it aids in the production of the bioprotein nerve growth factor (NFG) and myelin, which acts as "insulation" around nerve fibers and helps to fight the onset of neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's and multiple sclerosis.
