Subsequent events since the Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony:

- 2 Micro-reactors have been delivered.

- Quantum dot manufacturing plant has been completed, quantum dot production is imminent.

- "Significant payment" has been received (possibly in $millions).

- After delaying for one year due to flooding and due to funding delay from the Central government, aerial video shows landscaping in Block 4, 5, 6, 7 has begun and construction of the Nano Complex is imminent.

- An officier from The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology India (MEITY) hopes there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Nano Complex in a few months (43 min 22 sec into the video). The delay is beyond his comprehension. Logically it is too early to complete the Complex last year while so many critical events have not yet taken place such as achieving the expertise in quantum dot production and receiving the minimum 15% conversion efficiency from QMC. They have rushed to hold the Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony long before receiving funding from the Central government, the event should has been held this year on January 16, 2020, not in 2019.
