Reminder, GNBT has had recent funding and has sales from the subs. I don't think they are strapped for cash. The $1M deal with China goes a long way for Generex/NGIO as they have the basic foundation from all the previous virus work.
No doubt, Joe is as anxious to get the S-1's approved as anybody. He is quick to remind me, Generex is not a small affair anymore. 14 divisions, 200 people involved and on board with the plan, multiple attorney groups, a couple of auditors, FDA, medical boards, pharmacy boards, SEC, FINRA etc.
