Amtronics's licensing deal with QMC is going well:

The Nano Complex is licensee Amtronics's "internal affair", it is none of QMC's business. The complex's function is for Amtronics's future sales of quantum dots and quantum dot solar films to OEM manufacturers. With minimum annual royalties payment to QMC to begin in January, 2021, Dr. Anthony George Balchin, CEO of Amtronics, certainly is very anxious to has the Complex completed as soon as possible, followed by occupancy by its tenants (OEM manufacturers of quantum dot solar panels, solid state LED lighting and quantum dot TV).
Stephen Squires: "Display manufacturers continue to court us and our cadmium free quantum dot technologies. As mentioned in our 2019 highlights, our achievement in the industry's first 100% cadmium free RoHS compliant, quantum dot LCD display film that exceeds 95% Rec 2020 color gamut created strong interest in multiple display OEMs who inquire further testing of the technology which has the potential to license our capabilities. We remain active in our effort to license our display technologies to one or more significant display industry companies".
It is uncertain how the coronavirus crisis will affect America's economy in the coming years and how it will affect QTMM share price, but with inflow of sustainable revenue from licensee Amtronics, hopefully also licensing royalties for our Display Technologies from "significant display industry companies", even in a deep recession, QTMM will be like a bright star shining brilliantly among dark matters of the Universe.
