The market is not that sure. Today HAL -18%, SHLB -17%, BKR -16% and so on.
Also, Financially, Russia is in a much better position than this country. Virtually, no debts, perennial budget and trade surplus/proficit. They sell oil for $$ and produce it for rubles. Check this latest piece on Russia's thinking
