Scammer using the same tactic seen for last 3 months of trying to hold it at .0060 with a 496K order via CSTI. He still makes a small amount on it if taken out but is really trying to get more shares cheaper ready for when this is at .01+.
Top traders are on to him and he will get bought out with a hail mary buy at some point if he doesn't cancel.
$SKDI has a habit of putting out news during trading sessions as well as prior to the open.
