I understand your frustration and very much empathize with it but I disagree with the stance you are taking on the silence here.
You are, I’m fairly certain much longer in this company than I. Over the last year I have heard Joe and GNBT state many times they would like to reward the longs. I my be naive but I actually believe they are trying to do just that. With the way many things have been handled from the 1:1 div being changed to a 2x 2:5 and the time it took, to the short jump we had with the China deal, to the constant PR’s asking for essentially more time these things have done nothing for long term shareholders like ourselves and many others here. Outside of more buying opportunity they have almost exclusively benefitted shorts or profit takers.
I see this break in “future potential” PR’s as a step for GNBT to actually benefit us longs. Jumping the pps with none material info is not a benefit to anyone in here for a long haul. Only those here to make a quick buck as the pps always shrinks back down. The one thing that will bring us ours is for GNBT to hold off till they have real news. When they do they will put it out and our stocks will remain up. That is how I see this situation. It takes time and patience and frustration but that’s what being long means. Continued confidence in a company with a bright future. Not pulling out when the times are good expecting the bad, and remaining when the times are bad in anticipation (not Hope) of the good.
As I said you are much longer in this company than I am and your patience has surely been ground finer than mine has at this point. But I still hold that I see this silence and break in info as GNBT trying to do what joe has wanted to do from the time he began here and rewarding the people who have belief that he can make this company a success.
