And we are already down to .61 and .10 this morning from a close of .717 yesterday. We continue to slide each day.

Generex needs to do something. They made commitments to their shareholders stating right after the dividend was paid, they were going to do things.

So far 'those things' have yet to happen, starting with filing the S-1 for NGIO.

It's time for them to start walking the talk instead of just talking. This is getting really old.

It's not about a wait and see. It's about people saying they are going to do things and then not following through, not saying anything further, not explaining themselves, not doing anything to let those who are personally involved know anything.

We as shareholders are heavily invested in Generex / NGIO. As such, we have a right to know what is going on and when Generex states they will provide announcements or commitments and they do not follow through on those announcements or commitments or give reasons why, there needs to be some accountably. Generex seems to feel they do not have to tell anyone anything and even some shareholders seem fine with that.

People are not perfect. They make mistakes. Bad decisions. As such, they need to be held accountable for them. We need to know what Generex is doing and not be left in the dark. If they are proceeding on everything as they should, great, then investments make sense, if not, then it's up to each shareholder to make their decision on what to do. But, we need to know what is going on.
