They spent money to put out a PR on a walk! They did that instead of putting out money on a PR to tell their shareholders and the rest of the public what they are doing with the company. What products they are working on, the S-1, the vaccine, anything!
That's the problem. They simply blew $4500 or whatever on fluff and nothing to shore up the base or anyone else on what really matters - the health of the company.
