How is the world's first QDSC being built? How do

How do we know it will happen?
1. Assam is building QDSC Facilities at no cost to QMC. $82 million. The JV assumes all costs. Funding is from various sources by the Indians and Investors.
2. Assam is contracted to pay QMC licensing fees and royalties, equipment, training and consultant fees. $7 to $10 million. Other than the first $500,000 we do not know what else has been paid to QMC because of non-reporting. We don't know how much the delay in construction due to monsoons last year affected what was earned or not.
3. QMC retains all it's IP rights and gains rights to any IP developed, according to the contract. QMC did the same when it developed its automated QD continuous flow process with A2F.
4. QMC intends to duplicate this deal elsewhere many times. Assam is the perfect test case for a working model of integrated QD production, product research and development, electronics manufacturing and QDSC R&D and production for sales.
There are 29 states in India and some could well want to duplicate Assam's concept of a New Tech City. There are enough nanoscience fields like SSL, Energy Storage, QD optics and photonics, Batteries, Quantum Computing QD, and anticounterfeiting to support many centers, in addition to QDSC factories in each. The Middle East will be a prime client for dozens of QDSC Factories, especially if the price of oils stays down.
5. By not selling out cheap, Squires will be able to deal from a position of strength in negotiations for new innovation centers and QDSC factories when completed, or even as they get closer to completion and things can be verified.
