I've sold some shares and put the money to work elsewhere. Lack of information causes lack of confidence that management is on top of everything. I still hold a boatload, but not buying right now. They need to start keeping us informed with more than just conf calls. Conf calls are great for people on the call, but does not get the message out to all other investors, or potential investors. They need to grow up and act like a real company. Issue PRs that tell what they are working on, give updates, etc.

I know a lot of folks are saying give them time. They are busy doing things, working on a vaccine and so forth.
The problem though, is even before the Coronavirus, this was going on. So, in reality, nothing has changed. This is the same pattern as before.
There is no excuse for the way Generex Management is operating right now. Their stock is now at .69.
When a company comes out and says they are going to have all of these announcements and then nothing, there is a big problem. They simply can't follow through on what they said. Why make statements you're not backing up publicly?
When they say they are filing the S-1 and then they don't and they don't provide a reason to their shareholders publicly, there is a problem. When they say they have other things to announce and then nothing, it becomes a trust issue.
It's as simple as that.
People can say they are doing this or they are doing that. But the reality is, no one knows what they are doing except they are not following through with the commitments they gave PUBLICLY. That is the problem.
If you say something publicly, if you announce it to the world, you follow through with it or you give a reason why you can't do it.
Generex simply is silent on everything.
There are no excuses for it.
