At least those countries are mitigating the exponential growth of the seriously ill through testing and containment. Hospitals only have a finite number of beds, staff, and equipment.
Our gov’t says a million tests have gone out and several million more will be distributed this week... but the governor of N. Carolina, for example, claims his state only has 300 tests.
