certainly no audit - if the financials were modestly correct, still the last years contained so many errors and inaccuracies that an audit would be difficult and cost consuming
also an audit is not needed - what is needed is proof for sales, contracts etc - if they were true the pps would instantly shoot up and then prob. still proceed to mid penny
lets just see what that bizarre character of a CEO brings forward this year - I think he is not faking all but he is not mentally normal - thus the mess. But, hey, I dont need a normal CEO - just some pps appreciation at some point in conjunction with some niche sells of the main product in question (nothing else here is coming along)
