NR has no shares .. yet courtesy of a crook sitting in federal pen .. they get *exemptions* to illegally manipulate *targets* till the cows come home ..
what a system
wonder what it would take for the SEC to PROvide for total transparency re: equities
another few weeks .. or just swept under the PROverbial rug as always
