Yeah, I don't doubt or question the numbers - we see them every year. It's just that when I asked other people if they've known anyone that died from the flu, I've yet to get a "yes", but obviously there are many friends and family members who have lost a loved one to the flu. As Misiu said in a previous response, some of the effects from the flu may be long-term and not apparent when someone dies from it. I guess my point from all of this is that people are panicking from what they're seeing in the mainstream press, but the odds of them dying or knowing someone that dies from the CV are relatively low.
