I absolutely think that they learned a lot from the first two wells and if thats why they sold interest than thats cool for us. About time we aren't the ones getting screwed behind something. At the rate we are spending money we will need to sustain 650 barrels of oil a day. Everything after that is profit. It seems like when they made projections about the 2000 BOPD they also adjusted their budget for that. I'm not just pulling that number out of then air either.
In order to cover the General/Admin expenses of 5 mill for the quarter which is essentially 55 grand per day, we need to sell 650 barrels at 84.61 per barrel.
Thats my question submitted to the CC. If thats all going to Salaries then I don't think that management is too worried about the pps.
