It should had. And by a large percentage (25%-50%).

But the market is King, and always right …, so why didn't the SP go up??

There are three kind of potential investors:

A Those who know and believe
B Those that learn anew about the stock and believe
C Those that learn anew about the stock and don't believe

Of the above, those that can raise the SP are A and B. A are already invested to a large extent, B are few and most likely retail.

So, there is no reaction to good news (remember, stocks move a lot on news of potential appreciation, like other companies are doing with the same news).

What is the difference ??? . It has been mentioned before: exposure. Very few know about CYDY and very few hear the good news. Institutions at large (well, completely really) don't invest in CYDY.

What will change this ??. Validation.
From whom?? From FDA, the medical community at large or the trading exchanges .
How?. A BLA filed (to some extent), an approved BLA (much better), a BTD, up-listing to NASDAQ, NYSE or Hong Kong.

In the mean time we, retail investors, will be supporting and maybe raising the SP by means of small acquisitions and enlarging the investors base by word of mouth .
