i am very content with where we are heading.....all these irons you speak of have to be heated up to make a nice imprint in them portfolios....i do believe that the swinging of the markets have something to do with the slow progression of activities for us......you have to remember that the banks and the investors that will progress the S1 are up to their necks in negative investments right now and they have to find the right time for an entry point....
