AUBURN, Ala., June 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- (OTCQB: VPWI) -- Viper Powersports presents open letter to Shareholders.

Dear Shareholders,

We are pleased to announce that we have engaged Acorn Management Partners to provide current and potential shareholders with access to corporate communication.  This will allow you to track and measure our progress in executing our rollout strategy, while freeing up management's time to achieve our stated objectives.

We intend to prove that products designed, engineered, and "Made in America" mean something special as we show the world that Viper high-performance super cruiser motorcycles and engines are the finest and without equal.

Current Production:

An initial build of twenty-five 2013 "Black Diamond Edition" Diamondbacks will be individually numbered along with a commemorative medallion and will start hitting showrooms in July; initial response from the "Black Diamond Edition" bike we brought to the Mecum Auction has been overwhelming.

Production is currently at the rate of one bike per week.  As dictated by demand, we will increase production incrementally at the rate of one additional bike per week every six weeks.  Our facility, supply chain and inventory control systems are configured to build up to sixteen bikes per week.
