My routine is that any medicine I evaluate I start with reading about serious side effects , and this drug Actemra - Tocilzumab , may have many very serious side effects , like :

-- Developing other infection easily , even serious fatal infections.

--Perforation of the stomach or intestines

--Liver problem

--may increase risk of developing some cancers..

--painful blistering of the skin.

--unusual bleeding , stomach bleeding , nosebleeds ,gum bleeding , vagina bleeding , blood in the urine and stool ,

and others ,

Never give with other infection , like HIV , Hepatitis B , tuberculosis , not to patients with MS..
