Well, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt as it is his first post on the board if I'm not mistaken. Sure, the answer to his question is easily and readily available with just some simple DD (James if you have doubt : they are paying customers already, though the company has plan to increase the average revenue per user tremedously) but let's not assume he's necessarily soft bashing. No need to antagonize new people here from the very start.
If he's sincere, I'd say it shows one of the reasons why we're still stuck at these low levels for the moment : new investors do not know VERB and are not ready to do even the simplest DD. Hopefully, the upcoming release of yearly results will attract some new eyes on the company and the stock, so it'd be nice if we could properly greet those whocome in here.
