Exercising warrants to start the one year clock is one of the good reasons to exercise if you are OK committing more capital - meaning you are not as over extended as many in this one stock
For the company it is good as it brings in funds and reduces the warrant overhang. The uninformed will complain that the share count is rising even though this kind of share count rise is actually good because these warrants will convert eventually to shares as long as the share price stays above the strike price. The company need the money now more that when revenue comes it so this is a net positive for the company.
My previous comment focused on the allegation that people converting warrants were big sellers of the which it sounds like you will not be - at least not at these prices.
