BDP is correct. The pump is the slight rise in PPS with no news. This has happened a few times in the last year- a few million shares are bought, the crew comes rolling in with “news imminent”, “strong buy”, “.01 incoming”, etc- and then, in a matter of hours and maybe a .0001 increase, they’re gone.
We all hope there is actual news on the way, or that there will be some real revenue coming in, but it never happens.
