I've never found hope, faith or patience to provide any type of investing advantage. However to your point, the volume on PTOI is so low and news does come out occasionally. Hope might pay off in some way. As long as you're not trying to unload 300k shares or so, you might be able to sell into another pop. I'm guessing most PTOI shareholders have forgotten that they even own shares so if you continue to pay attention, you might be first on any jump.

I don't know if it is or isn't worth the effort to spend time hoping for a pop but sometimes pops do happen. Good luck.
