Probably not. They don't really close the IRA, they are just transferring/converting what was there when you faxed in the form. You will probably have to do another form to move the add'l GNBT shares, if you want to. Or maybe call TDA right away and see if they can include the new shares. They process the conversions in order, so she will probably happen soon/today.
