This is why the 8 billion is most urgently needed for public health measures, like virus testing and buying protective gear for health professionals.
This is absolutely disgusting and scandalous. There are going to be people who die not from the virus, but because the medical centers are overwhelmed, nurses are in quarantine, and patients won't get the cardiac, diabetes, cancer treatments etc. that they need because there won't be personnel to do them.
