A vaccine should eventually be developed. Any of those biopharmas that announced they developed a vaccine in two days you can ignore. You'll see quite a few of those go into bankruptcy due to shareholder lawsuits.
Protease inhibitors and remdesivir should work to some extent as long as the side effects don't worsen the patient's condition.
Some mutated form of coronavirus will pop up in the future and they'll have to start all over on a vaccine. Meanwhile leronlimab will be ready to immediately do battle.
