Obama decided to endorse no candidate until the nominating process is finished.
Bloomberg simply uses some public footage/voice of Obama complimenting him. Sanders too, from when he was campaigning for Senate. Neither ad is an 'I approve this message' from Obama.'
Similar Obama praise of his VP exists, You'll hear it soon enough.
You would know all that if you'd paid attention and not gotten caught up in an early state of BDS.
