Remember, the only thing they have to "turn around" is getting current with their reporting. If the numbers overall and especially revenue growth look great, the pps will soar.
The business is doing well based on what we've actually seen, so the primary reason for the drop in the pps is lack of info to dispel all of the negative speculation and bashing generated fear.
As far as we know the float is still super low, and if that's the case, then revenues must be keeping the ball rolling. That could prove to be HUGE, and could easily send the share price back into dollars territory once the financials are current.
