I wouldn't be surprised ,if IPIX will conduct P2A/B with help of "silent" partner ( Novartis is my guess) already in picture.
After all , we are talking about 48 bln $ market and those BP guys watch each other very quietly and secretively all the time and no one wouldn't want to miss this great opportunity.
