Adding to endless possibilities is not getting us very far. It's time to finish something before starting on a new task. You just can't continue to operate a company if you never get to the finish line. We have been on the 1 yard line with combo for a year, and we keep running trick plays instead of just jamming it into the damn endzone.
BLA, BTD, financing (real, not non binding term sheets or 18 offers). The rest DOES NOT MATTER for the near term financial well being of the company and it's investors. Look back at the past year and all of the incredible news about HIV, cancer, NASH, whatever- the only thing that really made the stock run was a deal, and that was a deal with a second rate pharma and very little cash.
