I don't understand why Quirk would move the court motions to another County. I could understand if the emergency portion of the filing is just for record only and that the plaintiffs are just requesting the court at this time to open the case for ADR or trial. You would think that the plaintiffs are moving to push our CEO out of office and some type of reduction in holdings. It actually seems that Quirk has been over looked so many time that he is out for blood? At any rate the 10-K filings will take place within 26 days but is Quirk trying to stop that too? Anyways, my vote in will be to keep George H. McGovern III as of CEO and keep Quirk as far away from HDC.
