You're welcome. This just happened a week ago, so there'll surely be a response soon. The most important thing was ALWAYS to win the cancellation of those series A preferred shares and to dismiss any/all counter claims, and RMHB was successful in achieving BOTH. Anything else, like damages, was just frosting on the cake. I was still surprised to see it because I wasn't aware of the "one-satisfaction" rule.
