If they do set up shop there, hopefully they take the advice of the 3 little pigs and build with bricks!! LOL Actually, I'd get creative and go with geodesic buildings made to withstand tornado winds. The know how is out there, and with grant money to help them, it could be done. Well, we'll have to see what the research turns up.
