Not to be harsh or diminish the importance of this info... but I'm not surprised this isn't having any positive effect on SP. Unless I'm missing something, isn't this announcement just telling us, "We've partnered with a great company to help us do something we already told you we were going to do"?
As in, I previously thought NGIO had the skills to do this internally, so how could it be a great development that we've partnered with an outside group to move forward?
