I think we've asked this question 1000 times on the board. Technically, I believe there is little one can do to keep a dr from using a drug for off label purposes. And obviously the pricing is going to be an issue if it is not the same across the board for all indications, though it will not be an "over the counter" purchase, it will only be through prescription.
